1. JanSport Laptop Backpack in Pastel Lila

I chose this backpack because it’s purple and it’s a Jansport, which is a popular brand in school. I like the six zippered compartments (although it says it has two compartments) and small inner pockets.

When I was younger and only carried notebooks and some books, the single compartment Jansport backpack was sufficient for my needs.

This purple Jansport backpack is so compact and convenient. It has multiple pockets of different sizes to fit all my stuff. The compartments in this backpack helps me stay organized and I can group all my things into separate compartments.

The wider main compartment is about four inches (10 cm) and easily fits my books, folders, notebooks, and pencil case with a roomy four inches of space on top in case I need to stuff small light things inside like an extra shirt.

The second thinner compartment is almost two inches (5 cm) and is solely for my lunch bag and snacks. I like separating my food from the rest of my stuff so the crumbs, smell, or spills don’t spread.

There is a zippered pocket in front of the second compartment where I stow my hair ties, wallet, locker key, gum, and AirPods in a case.

The smaller outer front compartment is about 10 inches (25 cm) tall has pockets that fit my two calculators, colored pencils, scissors and knickknacks. It also has a plastic hook if you want to hang things like keys.

There’s a zippered pocket in front of the smaller outer compartment that fits my personal grooming items like a brush, bracelet, and sanitizer spray.

This backpack also has a 15-inch laptop compartment at the very back where the straps are attached. It’s lightly padded on both sides for extra protection. My 13-inch laptop feels very safe inside and hasn’t been damaged even though I often plunk my bag down too hard.

I especially love that the water bottle holder on the side is very sturdy and durable. The mesh is still intact and can fit my very large and heavy 20 oz (.5 liter) water bottle. My last backpack’s water bottle pocket ripped after just one month of being used.

In school, I carry over 20 lbs (9.7 kilos) so I really like that the strap didn’t rip off. My old backpack’s strap also ripped off after just a month. I duct taped it and just used one strap for the rest of the year.

This Jansport backpack is made of a water-resistant polyester so it’s easy to clean and looks clean longer. When I spilled pasta sauce on it, I just wiped off the sauce with a dry tissue and it came out without a stain.

Since its easy to clean, I like that the base doesn’t look dirty. My old pink backpack wasn’t water-resistant so the base quickly became dirty and looked disgusting.

I’ve had this backpack for three months and I’m very happy with it. It meets all my needs and has remained sturdy. I highly recommend this Jansport backpack for purple-loving teens and college students.

2. Easthill Expandable Pencil Case

This purple 4 x 9 inch (10 x 23 cm) EASTHILL pencil pouch is perfect for teens like me who carry a lot of writing tools. I love that it can expand to almost two inches (5 cm) to fit everything I need to bring for school.

One of my favorite pockets is on the front of the cover because it can hold thick items like a calculator or even my phone. So when I’m working on my school desk, I can stow my phone safely inside the pocket instead of placing it on the desk.

Inside the cover, there’s a zipper mesh pocket that’s perfect for my Post-it flags, tape, glue stick, lead refill, and correction tape.

There’s even a designated flap for my five favorite pens. Elastic loops secure each pen or pencil and can stretch to fit larger pens. There’s also a small mesh pocket for extra storage.

3. Hydrapeak Large Metal Travel Mug With Straw in Lavender

This metal Hydrapeak 40 oz (1.2 liter) water bottle has a large capacity but is very light and stylish. The thing I love most about it is how much liquid it can hold. I always like to drink when I’m working for hours at my desk but I hate getting up to refill it. This Hyrdrapeak holds enough liquid to keep me hydrated throughout the day. It’s so convenient.

Another amazing feature is its ability to keep my drink ice cold for the whole day and keeps my ice intact. I love drinking ice water and hate it when all the ice melts after a few hours before I finish all the water.

I once filled it with ice and cold water before school and didn’t drink from it all day. At the end of school, I expected the water to be room temperature, but I was surprised that it still had ice and icy water.

Not only can Hydrapeak keep liquids cold, but it can also keep liquids hot. When I was sick, I needed to continuously drink hot water to keep my throat moist. I didn’t think Hydrapeak would be able to keep my water hot since I never tried it. But to my surprise, my hot water stayed steaming throughout the whole day. I even burnt my tongue because I expected the water to have cooled down over time but it was still as hot as when I first poured hot water from the pot.

I also really love how this water bottle fits a car’s cupholder. My other giant water bottles were too wide to fit in car cupholders that I had to hold it for the whole ride. Hydrapeak is narrow at the base so it fits perfectly in a car’s cupholders and I can ride comfortably with my hands free.

The base of the Hyrdapeak is also lined with a rubber base so it can comfortably sit on a table without slipping or tipping over. The rubber liner also avoids scratching table tops and other surfaces.

The big handle makes this very easy to carry around. I was amazed that it didn’t leak from the cap when I carried it on its side. The cap is very easy to pop on and off when you want to refill. But it stays leak-proof
even if you carry it around. The only way it can leak is if you turn it completely upside down so liquid will drip out of the straw.

Hydrapeak is stainless steel so it’s super easy to clean. My hand fits inside so I can sponge the interior. You need a long straw bristle brush to clean the straw.

Lastly, this water bottle is very stylish and trendy. Many students at my school own a Hydrapeak but in a different color. My friends are always complimenting my water bottle because of the cute design and lavender color. I’ve had this for four months and I absolutely love it. I will definitely keep using it and will buy it again for myself or for a friend.

4. Five Star Spiral Notebook in Amethyst Purple

This Five Star Spiral Notebook has many thoughtful features to keep my notes nice and organized. I like to keep my notes very neat and this notebook helps me with that.

First of all, there’s a handy pocket at the start of the pages to store any loose papers or worksheets. I love this because I don’t need to get a separate folder for my class. It saves me space and weight in my backpack.

The pages also have binder holes so I can put this whole notebook in my binder or rip out pages to use as loose binder paper.

The pages are also very easy to rip out when needed because there’s a dotted serrated line to follow.

The quality of the paper is smooth and white so it’s nice and easy to write on. I got the college ruled so I can fit more notes in one page.

I have a hard time keeping up with teachers’ lectures because I like my notes to look neat and perfect. That’s why my favorite feature in this notebook are the pre-drawn triangles that serve as bullet points on the left margin of each page. This keeps my notes organized and saves me lots of time since I can just fill in the triangles instead of having to draw my own bullet points.

5. STABILO Highlighters in Lilac Haze

These STABILO BOSS highlighters are so cute and barely take up any space in my pencil pouch. I love their unique shape because they’re not like the narrow pen-like highlighters. Stabilos easily fits in my hand and marks deeply without much pressure. The highlighter color is very vibrant and not pale unlike other highlighters where I have to apply a lot of pressure for the color to show through.

My classmates are always asking to borrow my highlighter because of the high quality ink and cute shape. They’re always so interested when they see my highlighters because so the Stabilo is small and compact, and they’re so impressed with the ink quality when they try them out.

I once accidentally left out one of my Stabilo highlighters uncapped because I left in a rush. When I got back after a few hours, I was scared that the ink had dried out or wouldn’t be as vibrant. But when I tested it, the Stabilo was completely fine and still vibrant. I couldn’t even tell I had left it out for such a long time. It worked just like my other highlighters that had been covered during the hours I was gone. I was amazed that the highlighter didn’t dry out after long use because my old highlighters would start
to lose ink after just 30 minutes of highlighting.

6. Sticky Notes in Light Purple

I love these ZCZN post-it notes so much because of the pretty pastel color and high quality adhesive. These post-it notes are very sticky at the back so I’m able to unstick and restick one multiple times.

I had to annotate a novel in school so I used a stack of these post-its. Many times I misplaced the post-it and had to remove it and put it in another page. My other post-its would barely restick on the pages after it’s initial stick. These ZCZN post-its were different and still securely stuck to the page after many times of removing and resticking.

ZCZN post-its also kept their color even after I used an eraser on it, unlike my other post-its notes where their color rubbed with an eraser. ZCZN post-its stayed pastel purple even though I vigorously rubbed my eraser on its surface.

Lastly, the color of these post-its are so cute and aesthetically pleasing. After I finished annotating my novel for school, I was pleased to see my pages were filled with cute purple tabs instead of unattractive neon or plain washed-out colors.

7. Five Star 2 Pocket Plastic Folder in Purple

This purple Five Star folder is super sturdy with great protective features. I love the quality of the strong plastic and how it doesn’t fold easily so my papers stay smooth and intact. This folder impressed me and makes it almost impossible for my papers to get messed up.

My old plastic folders were made of a very cheap flimsy material that bent easily so my papers would always get folded corners. Five Star has reinforced top corner flaps to protect and secure the papers inside the pockets. The corner flaps are not a normal feature on plastic folders so it’s a great bonus for an affordable price.

This folder also has three binder holes and comes with adjustable brackets to expand. I love how I can easily insert this folder into my binder as if it was another paper and have all my work in one place. This saves me backpack space and weight. My old folders didn’t have pre-punched holes so I had to carry them separate from my binder.

There are two sturdy pockets inside designed to easily add or remove papers without creasing them. There’s also a clear envelope secured with a flap on the right pocket for index cards or small notes.

I love keeping all my things organized and separated by subject and Five Star folders can expand hold a thick stack of papers and even my notebooks. I was able to fit all my work from two subjects in just this one folder. I was also able to fit in my 100-page graph notebook plus all my loose papers into just one side of this folder. It holds as much as a half inch binder but is lighter and more compact.

8. Soft Poly Binder in Purple

This Better Office purple poly ring binder is sturdy, super light, and compact. The soft cover is a fraction of the weight of a regular hard cover binder so it’s easier to carry around.

The rings on this binder are very thin so it’s easy to fit papers. Other binder rings are very thick so it’s inconvenient to make my papers’ holes bigger to fit through the rings.

My teacher hands out a worksheet every class and I find this inch binder to be the perfect thickness for that class. It can also hold a notebook like my 100-page notebook. Even with a notebook, there’s still so much space left for loose papers.

For added organization and color, I insert plastic 2-pocket dividers to separate my subjects and loose papers. It comes with labels paper for the tabs.

Since we were small, my mom has been using this Better Office poly binder and Avery 2-pocket dividers for her house and personal files, and they still look good. They fit well inside bags and the filing cabinet.

9. Pentel Gel Pens in Purple

My brother recommended these and thinks they’re the best. It’s thick and writes so smoothly without blotting. Other gel pens take a few seconds to dry or else they will smudge, but not Pentel.

This is a thicker 0.7 mm tip but it doesn’t show through the other side of a thin paper. Pentel has a vibrant purple ink that flows so smoothly making quick writing fun and easy. The ink is acid-free so you can write it on paper you want to preserve like photos and journals. It’s also non-toxic so it won’t easily yellow or fade, and it won’t pollute the environment when trashed.

I love the purple ink, the purple grip, and the beautiful design. The clip is longer than normally found on most pens and is metal instead of plastic, so it won’t easily break off or detach from your pocket.

10. Master Lock Combination Padlock for lockers

This purple Master Lock is so cute, small, and easy to use. Our family has used this for over five years and it’s still in very good condition.

I love this lock because it’s very lightweight so it was super easy for me to bring to school. My friends were complaining that they had to bring a heavy, bulky lock to school, while I was happy I could easily bring my super light Master Lock.

Master Lock is less than two inches it’s easy to carry around. It barely takes up any space on my locker and is smaller than most, but it still works the exact same way as my classmates’ big, chunky locks.

The combination wheels on Master Lock are very smooth and turn easily. My friends’ locks with multiple wheels are very sticky and hard to turn. Master Lock turns effortlessly and is very satisfying to operate.

You can change the code on this lock very easily without any tools. Other locks I’ve owned before required a pen to press the reset to change the combination. But for Master Lock, you don’t need anything. The instructions are very clear and simple and this lock comes with an easy-to-follow guide on a slip of paper.

I’ve found the color of this lock to be very unique in my school. I was one of the only kids with a colored lock while everyone had boring, dull, black locks. My lock stood out making it very easy to identify which locker was mine instead of having to memorize my locker number.

I’ve also used this lock on my black luggage. I was so pleased with how pretty it looked and how easy it was to spot among other suitcases.
